RAIMVOICE books onto its own calendar with Google Calendar sync. If your salon runs on a dedicated salon system, check whether it syncs with Google Calendar before relying on both.

Can clients reschedule by text?

Yes. A client who texts can ask to move an appointment and the agent will offer open times and update the booking.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.
