Replies to customer texts and keeps the conversation going until the job is booked. Every call, message, customer and booking lands in one inbox you can read from your phone, and you can step in and take over any conversation at any moment.

Books, reschedules and cancels appointments on your real calendar, checking your actual open times rather than promising a callback. Google Calendar sync is live, so an appointment booked on a call appears in the calendar you already use.

Closes the loop afterwards: mark a visit completed or a no-show, then follow up so an empty slot does not go unnoticed.

Consent-first texting

Before a mobile number is saved for texting on a phone call, the agent asks out loud and waits for a yes: "Is it alright if we text you at this number about your appointment? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time to stop." If the customer says no, the number is used for that call only. STOP always works, and the published opt-in page sets out both consent paths word for word.

You stay in control

You decide what the AI can and cannot do on your behalf. Human approval is required before anything with weight: payments, refunds, or anything with legal or medical consequences.

Availability

RAIMVOICE version 1.0.1 runs on iPhone and Android and is in review with Apple and Google as of 12 September 2026. It is coming to the App Store and Google Play; until each review clears, it is not yet downloadable from either store.
