Who is texting you

The business you contacted sends the messages. Raimovia and RAIMVOICE are the software that business uses to send them; ECONTEUR LLC provides that software. Every message identifies the business by name.

How you opt in

There are two paths and no others. Either you text the business first, in which case that inbound message is your consent to a reply in the same thread, or you give your mobile number on a phone call after being asked out loud whether it is alright to text you, being told that message and data rates may apply, and being told you can reply STOP at any time.

Numbers are never bought, rented, shared or uploaded from any list. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. The public opt-in page documents both paths in full, including the exact spoken consent script.

Frequency, cost, HELP and STOP

Message frequency varies with your own conversations, appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier sets those, not the business.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from that business number. One confirmation follows and nothing further is sent unless you opt back in with START. Reply HELP for help, or email support@raimovia.com.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and message records are used only to deliver messages, honour opt-outs and keep the service secure, and are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages, such as Twilio, or when the law requires it.
