An AI receptionist for law firms that books the consultation, not the case

A potential client who reaches voicemail often calls the next firm. RAIMVOICE answers, takes basic intake details you define, and books a consultation on your calendar — while making clear it is an AI and cannot give legal advice.

Intake without advice

New-client calls are time-sensitive and often come outside office hours: after an arrest, an accident, a notice from a landlord. The firm that answers first gets the conversation. RAIMVOICE answers those calls and asks the short list of intake questions you write — name, callback number, practice area, a one-line description of the matter, and how soon they need to talk.

It does not advise. Instruct the agent never to evaluate a case, predict an outcome, or say whether someone has a claim, and to tell callers that speaking with the AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. The RAIMVOICE Terms of Use prohibit using it to give legal advice.

Consultations, practice areas and conflicts

List the practice areas you take and the ones you refer out, so a caller with a matter you do not handle is told so politely instead of booked. For matters you do take, the agent offers open consultation times and books one. If you charge for consultations, add the fee and the agent will state it.

Conflict checks stay with people. Have the agent collect the names needed for a conflict check and tell callers the consultation is confirmed only after the firm has checked for conflicts. Human approval is designed in for anything with legal weight.

Confidentiality and records

Keep intake minimal: ask for only what you need to run a conflict check and book the consultation, and let the attorney gather the facts. Calls are transcribed so you can read exactly what a caller said, and the audio is not recorded. Your firm remains responsible for its own professional obligations — review the RAIMVOICE Privacy Policy and Terms before using it with prospective clients.

Everything lands in one inbox on your phone, so a solo attorney can review new inquiries between hearings and return the important calls first.

Plans, trial and where to get it

RAIMVOICE plans are Foundation $49, Rise $149, Reign $349 and Legacy $799 a month, bought inside the Android app. Foundation starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial is for setting up Eve or Adam and testing them; a dedicated business phone number is connected once a paid plan starts, because a number is a real monthly carrier cost. Every plan meters AI voice minutes, AI calls and AI texts, and the full allowances are listed on the RAIMVOICE page. A Raimovia platform subscription already includes RAIMVOICE at the same tier.

RAIMVOICE is live on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet, and this page will not link to one until it is. RAIMVOICE is a Raimovia product, created and developed by ECONTEUR LLC.

Questions and answers

Can an AI receptionist give legal information to callers?

RAIMVOICE should not, and its Terms prohibit using it for legal advice. It can share office details you approve, such as hours, location, practice areas and consultation fees.

Can it book consultations for my firm?

Yes. It offers open times from your calendar and books the consultation. You can instruct it to tell callers the booking is subject to the firm's conflict check.

Does talking to the AI create an attorney-client relationship?

It should not, and you can instruct the agent to say so. Your firm is responsible for how it describes intake to callers; this is not legal advice.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.

Is RAIMVOICE on iPhone?

Not yet. RAIMVOICE is available today on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet.
