Urgent jobs need a human path. RAIMVOICE is not an emergency service and cannot route 911 calls. For after-hours emergencies such as a burst pipe or a gas smell, write a clear instruction — for example, give your on-call number, or tell the caller to contact the utility or emergency services — and the agent will pass it on.

Questions and answers

Can RAIMVOICE qualify jobs before booking?

Yes. You write the questions — job type, address, service area, urgency — and the agent asks them before offering a visit time.

Will it quote prices to homeowners?

Only the prices you give it. For work that must be seen first, tell it to offer an estimate visit instead of a price, and it will.

Does it handle emergency plumbing or HVAC calls?

It can pass on your emergency instructions, such as an on-call number, but it is not an emergency service and cannot route 911 calls.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.

Is it only for HVAC and plumbing?
