Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.

Does it take messages or book appointments?

Both. It books, reschedules and cancels real appointments on your calendar, and when a caller needs you personally it captures the details for your inbox.

Can it handle emergency calls?
