An AI receptionist for real estate agents who are always at a showing

Buyers call the number on the sign while standing in front of the house. RAIMVOICE answers those calls, shares the listing details you have approved, captures the caller's information, and books a showing or a callback.

Sign calls and listing inquiries

Real estate leads are perishable. A buyer who calls about a listing and reaches voicemail keeps scrolling, and another agent books the showing. RAIMVOICE picks up, tells the caller the details you have added for each listing — price, bedrooms, open house times, whether it is still available — and offers a showing slot from your calendar.

Keep the listing knowledge current. When a property goes under contract, update it, and the agent will say so and offer similar help instead of booking a showing for a home that is no longer available.

Qualifying without steering

Give the agent neutral, practical questions: which property, when they would like to see it, whether they are working with an agent, whether they would like to hear about similar listings. Do not have it ask about or comment on neighbourhood demographics, schools as a proxy for who lives there, or anything touching protected characteristics — fair housing rules apply to what your assistant says as much as to what you say.

Anything that needs professional judgement, such as pricing advice, offers or contract questions, should go to you. The agent takes the details and the conversation waits in your inbox.

For property managers too

Property management offices get a steady stream of routine calls: is the unit still available, when can I tour, what is the pet policy, how do I submit a maintenance request. The agent can answer from your policies and book tours. Emergency maintenance needs a human path — RAIMVOICE is not an emergency service — so give the agent your on-call instructions.

Calls are transcribed, not audio-recorded, and every conversation is in one inbox on your phone.

Plans, trial and where to get it

RAIMVOICE plans are Foundation $49, Rise $149, Reign $349 and Legacy $799 a month, bought inside the Android app. Foundation starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial is for setting up Eve or Adam and testing them; a dedicated business phone number is connected once a paid plan starts, because a number is a real monthly carrier cost. Every plan meters AI voice minutes, AI calls and AI texts, and the full allowances are listed on the RAIMVOICE page. A Raimovia platform subscription already includes RAIMVOICE at the same tier.

RAIMVOICE is live on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet, and this page will not link to one until it is. RAIMVOICE is a Raimovia product, created and developed by ECONTEUR LLC.

Questions and answers

Can RAIMVOICE book property showings?

Yes. It offers open times from your calendar and books the showing, or takes a callback request if you prefer to confirm showings yourself.

Does it connect to the MLS?

No. The agent answers from the listing details you add. Update them when a listing changes.

Can it help property managers with tour requests?

Yes, for tours and routine policy questions. Emergency maintenance should go to a person; RAIMVOICE is not an emergency service.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.

Is RAIMVOICE on iPhone?

Not yet. RAIMVOICE is available today on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet.
