Questions and answers

Can RAIMVOICE give cleaning quotes over the phone?

It quotes the prices you enter. If a price depends on size or a walkthrough, it says so and takes the details, and you can send a written quote from the app.

Can it book recurring cleans?

Yes. Bookings can repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.
