Customers who agree to texts can get a booking confirmation, and your team can message them from the same inbox. The agent asks permission out loud on the call before saving the number for texts, and STOP always works.

If a call still goes unanswered — the caller hangs up early or the agent is paused — RAIMVOICE can send one text back to that caller so the conversation continues by message.
