RaimCalls: AI Receptionist · An app by ECONTEUR LLC
RaimCalls terms of use
The agreement between you and ECONTEUR LLC for the RaimCalls app (formerly RAIMVOICE) and the online services we run for it. Effective September 16, 2026; last updated October 7, 2026. The full text is on this page.
What the agreement covers
Seventeen numbered sections: what RaimCalls does, eligibility and your account, plans and billing, getting paid by your customers, calls and texts, acceptable use, AI output, your content and data, phone numbers, ending your use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, App Store and Google Play terms, governing law, other terms, and contact.
RaimCalls acts for the business. When the owner turns on a feature or tells RaimVoice, Eve or Adam to do something, calls may be placed, texts sent and bookings made in the business's name. The service is for business use by people aged 18 and older.
Plans, trial and payments
Plans are Foundation $49, Rise $149, Reign $349 and Legacy $799 a month, billed monthly through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play and renewing automatically until cancelled in the store. Each includes a monthly allowance; Foundation, for example, includes 45 realtime AI voice minutes, 20 AI outbound calls, 100 AI texts, 100 RaimVoice messages and 1 phone number. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
Foundation includes a 7-day free trial with smaller limits — 15 realtime AI voice minutes, 10 AI outbound calls, 30 AI texts and 30 RaimVoice messages — and no business phone number. During the trial and on a paid plan, the owner can use Hear Eve answer: Eve or Adam places a short test call to the owner's own phone number, verified by a text code, up to 3 test calls in any 24 hours, each up to 90 seconds, counted against the trial or plan AI voice minutes.
When customers pay the business through a payment link on its connected Stripe or Paystack account, ECONTEUR LLC keeps a 1.5% platform fee on each payment, plus the processor's own fees. The business is the seller and is responsible for refunds, disputes and taxes.
Calls, texts and consent
The business must have the consent the law requires before RaimCalls calls or texts anyone, including under the TCPA. AI outbound calls go only to numbers with a recorded record of prior consent. Calls are transcribed but not audio-recorded, and Eve and Adam tell callers they are speaking with an AI and that the call is transcribed.
STOP is always honored, opt-out records survive account deletion, and scheduled automatic texts wait out quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Recipients are covered by the SMS Terms for Raimovia Customer Messaging.
Acceptable use and AI output
Do not use RaimCalls for spam, robocalls without consent, harassment, impersonating a real person, unlawful recording, or collecting sensitive information you may not collect. RaimCalls is not an emergency service. AI output from RaimVoice, Eve and Adam can be wrong, and the business is responsible for the knowledge it teaches them.
Business phone numbers are supplied through Twilio and are released 30 days after a plan lapses unless the plan is renewed. Voice samples must be the owner's own voice and are stored only with a written release; a synthetic voice is made from one only with the owner's separate consent.
Liability, disputes and contact
The service is provided as is. Total liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid for RaimCalls in the 12 months before a claim or US$100. The Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Georgia. Questions about these Terms go to support@raimovia.com.
