RaimCalls: AI Receptionist · An app by ECONTEUR LLC
RaimCalls: your calls and texts, handled 24/7
Your calls and texts. Handled 24/7. Two AI employees, Eve and Adam, pick up every call, reply to every text, and book real appointments on your calendar - at 2pm on a Tuesday and at 2am on a Sunday. RaimCalls: AI Receptionist is a standalone app by ECONTEUR LLC, built for businesses where a ringing phone is money walking in or walking away.
What RaimCalls does
Answers your business line around the clock in a natural voice. Eve and Adam are two AI employees with different voices; you choose who represents your business, write the greeting, set the tone, and decide exactly what they are allowed to book.
Replies to customer texts and keeps the conversation going until the job is booked. Every call, message, customer and booking lands in one inbox you can read from your phone, and you can step in and take over any conversation at any moment.
Books, reschedules and cancels appointments on your real calendar, checking your actual open times rather than promising a callback. Google Calendar sync is live, so an appointment booked on a call appears in the calendar you already use.
Closes the loop afterwards: mark a visit completed or a no-show, then follow up so an empty slot does not go unnoticed.
An AI receptionist for a small business, without a call centre
For most small businesses the after-hours problem is not volume, it is the single enquiry at 9pm that goes to a competitor by morning. An AI answering service only helps if it can do more than take a message, which is why RaimCalls keeps your services, prices and calendar in the same app that answers the phone.
Because the agent can see what you actually offer and when you are actually free, it can answer a routine question with your real prices and move a caller toward a real appointment slot. Missed calls can trigger an automated follow-up text, and the whole exchange stays on the customer's record.
RaimVoice is the assistant inside the app. Talk or type to it about your day; it suggests replies for you to read before anything is sent, and every call arrives with a transcript and a short summary.
Consent-first texting
A business texts only people who contacted it. Numbers are never bought, rented, shared or uploaded from a list.
Before a mobile number is saved for texting on a phone call, the agent asks out loud and waits for a yes: "Is it alright if we text you at this number about your appointment? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time to stop." If the customer says no, the number is used for that call only. STOP always works, and the published opt-in page sets out both consent paths word for word.
You stay in control
You decide what the AI can and cannot do on your behalf. Human approval is required before anything with weight: payments, refunds, or anything with legal or medical consequences. Eve and Adam say they are AI at the start of every call, calls are transcribed rather than audio-recorded, and RaimCalls is not an emergency service.
Four themes - White, Purple, Green and Blue - and an interface built for one-handed use, so checking today's bookings takes one glance. You can permanently delete your account and its data from Settings at any time.
