Help with RaimCalls: AI Receptionist, the call-answering app made by ECONTEUR LLC. Write to support@raimovia.com from the email address on your account and include your business name and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Getting started

Install RaimCalls from Google Play on an Android phone or tablet and create your account in the app. Add your business name, hours, services and prices, then choose Eve or Adam to answer for you.

Foundation starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial is for setting up and testing the agents, including Hear Eve answer: a short test call to your own phone number, verified with a code sent by text. A dedicated business phone number is connected once a paid plan starts.

Plans, billing and cancelling

Plans are Foundation $49, Rise $149, Reign $349 and Legacy $799 a month, bought inside the app through Google Play (or Apple In-App Purchase in the iPhone and iPad app) and renewing automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, or on an Apple device under Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in the store too.

Calls, texts and your customers

Eve and Adam tell every caller at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI and that the call is transcribed. Calls are not audio-recorded; the transcript and a summary are stored in your account. Texts are consent-first, and a customer who replies STOP is never texted again.

RaimCalls is not an emergency service and cannot place or route 911 calls. If you are a customer of a business that uses RaimCalls, contact that business first about your information; reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that number.

Call for me and your own voice

Call for me has your AI phone a company for you, or, with their consent, one of your own clients to book, move or confirm an appointment. It always says it is an AI assistant calling for you. A person is called only if they agreed to receive AI calls from your business (you record how they agreed, and you are responsible for that consent), between 8 am and 9 pm where they are; anyone who asks not to be called is added to your opt-out list and never called by your AI again.

My Voice Clone is optional and part of the Legacy plan. Once your voice is ready, one switch on the Today screen chooses who your callers hear: Eve & Adam or My voice. Your AI still says it is an AI in your voice. The step-by-step owner's manual is at eniggie.github.io/econteur-apps/raimvoice/manual.pdf, and in the app under Settings, Legal, Owner's manual.

Your account and data

Delete your account in the app: Settings, Privacy & consent, Delete account. Download a copy of your data from Settings, Data & privacy, Download my data. You can also delete single calls, transcripts, messages and customers, or set them to delete automatically.

The RaimCalls Privacy Policy explains what is collected, which service providers process it and how long it is kept. The RaimCalls Terms of Use cover plans, consent to call and text, acceptable use and liability.
