Questions and answers

Can I use RAIMVOICE only after hours?

Yes. Hours and call routing let the AI answer only when you are closed, ring you first, or answer all day.

Will it book appointments at night?

Yes, into your open times within your working hours, so a late caller is booked for your next available slot.

Can it handle emergency calls?

No. RAIMVOICE is not an emergency service. Callers describing an emergency are told to hang up and call 911. Businesses with urgent after-hours jobs should keep a human urgent-callback path.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Eve and Adam identify themselves as AI. Calls are transcribed so you can read every conversation in the inbox, but the audio is not recorded. RAIMVOICE is not built to pass as a human receptionist.

Is RAIMVOICE on iPhone?

Not yet. RAIMVOICE is available today on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet.
