The consent step, exactly as it appears

This page previews the text-message consent checkbox that sits beneath the phone field on every Raimovia public booking page. It is a preview only: it takes no details, has no Book button and submits nothing. It exists so a carrier or campaign reviewer can read the consent language and see the control without taking a real appointment out of a real business's calendar.

This page is a preview, not a booking form

Nothing here is submitted. There is no Book button, no endpoint behind this page and no appointment is created. The checkbox is rendered from the same code the live booking pages use, so the wording and behaviour shown are the wording and behaviour customers get.

A live booking page sits at raimovia.com/book/ followed by a business's own name, belongs to that business, and books real time in their calendar. On it, the example name below is replaced by that business's name.

The exact wording beside the checkbox

"Text me about this appointment. Example Business will send appointment confirmations, reminders and replies by text. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

In that sentence "SMS Terms" and "Privacy Policy" are links to https://raimovia.com/sms-terms and https://raimovia.com/privacy. When a customer ticks the box, the server - not the browser - renders this sentence from the business's own name and stores it verbatim alongside the number, the page address, the time and the device that submitted it.

How it behaves on a live booking page

The box is unchecked by default and is never pre-ticked. The booking is submitted and confirmed whether or not it is ticked: agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of the appointment or of any purchase.

Leaving it unticked records no consent, and no marketing text is sent on the strength of the booking alone. Ticking it records one consent for that one business, never for any other business on the platform and never for a different phone number.

A later STOP from that number marks the consent withdrawn and blocks further messages from that business number immediately.

The other two opt-in paths

The web checkbox is one of three ways a customer consents. The other two - the customer texting the business first, and agreeing out loud on a phone call - are documented in full, with the spoken script, at https://raimovia.com/sms-opt-in.
