What the agreement covers

Ten numbered sections: the service, your account, acceptable use, AI output, fees, termination and deletion, warranty and liability, governing law, text messaging, and contact.

AI output and your responsibility

RAIMVOICE produces drafts and spoken answers, not advice, and they can be wrong. You review anything before it goes to a customer, a fan or a partner. The app is built to keep that boundary: it drafts and it never sends on your behalf, and human approval is required before bookings, payments, refunds, public posts or anything with legal or medical weight.

Acceptable use

The acceptable-use section is the one most likely to affect how you actually operate. In short: do not use RAIMVOICE to impersonate a real person, to harass anyone, to send messages to people who have not consented to receive them, or to produce content that is unlawful where you are.

You are responsible for the business knowledge you add and for having the right to use it. Raim answers from that knowledge, so what you teach it is what your customers will hear.

Account, fees and ending the agreement

The Terms set out account responsibilities, acceptable use, any fees that apply, and how the agreement ends. You can delete your account and its content from inside the app at any time, which also ends your use of the service.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's billing rules, and cancelling in the app store is separate from deleting the account.

Warranties, liability and governing law

The service is provided as described in the agreement, with the disclaimers and liability limits stated there. Nothing in RAIMVOICE is legal, medical or financial advice, and no outcome for your business is promised. The governing-law section names the law and forum that apply to any dispute.

Text messaging and contact

Messaging sent through the platform is governed by the separate SMS terms and the published opt-in rules: consent first, STOP always honoured, and no sharing of opt-in data. Questions about these Terms go to support@raimovia.com.
