What the policy covers

Eleven numbered sections: who we are, the information we collect, how we use it, AI processing, service providers, retention and deletion, your rights, security, children, text messages and mobile information, and changes to the policy.

Voice sessions, transcripts and drafts

RAIMVOICE holds three kinds of content: the business knowledge you add, the transcripts of voice sessions you consent to record, and the reply drafts it produces. Raim discloses that it is an AI at the start of every session and asks for recording consent before a transcript is kept.

The app never sends a reply on your behalf. A draft stays a draft until you send it yourself from your own channel.

AI processing and key handling

Voice and text are processed by OpenAI as a service provider, on the basis described in the policy. The permanent AI key never leaves our servers; the app receives only a short-lived session secret valid for about two minutes.

What is not collected, and what is not done with it

RAIMVOICE does not sell personal information, and it does not use your business knowledge, transcripts or drafts to advertise to you. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The app is not directed at children, and accounts are for business use by adults.

Deletion, retention and your rights

You can delete your account, and with it every transcript and draft, from inside the app at any time — no support ticket and no email to us first. Limited records may be retained where applicable law requires it, and the policy says which.

The policy also sets out the access, correction and deletion rights available to you and how to exercise them. Requests go to support@raimovia.com from the account email address; ownership may be verified before a request is actioned.

ECONTEUR LLC is the company behind both RAIMVOICE and Raimovia, and is the controller of information processed through the app. Privacy questions and data requests go to support@raimovia.com. The separate Raimovia privacy policy covers the web and platform product rather than this app.
