Raimovia vs Salesforce
An honest comparison for teams evaluating Raimovia alongside Salesforce, a enterprise CRM product. What each one is built around, where the difference actually shows up in daily work, how AI is governed on each side, and what to test before you commit.
What each product is built around
Salesforce is an extensible CRM platform. Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data Cloud, the AppExchange and Agentforce all sit on a customisation model designed to be shaped to an organisation's own process, with governance and reporting to match.
Raimovia is a connected operating workspace for a small or growing service business: CRM, unified inbox, bookings and services, quotes, Stripe payments, reviews, marketing, automations, documents and reports, with role-based AI employees working across them.
Configuration cost is the real dividing line
Salesforce's strength is that almost anything can be modelled in it. That flexibility assumes someone will do the modelling: objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets, flows, reports. Larger organisations staff an administrator or a partner for exactly this, and get a system that matches how they already work.
A three-person clinic or a two-person agency usually does not have that person. Raimovia's answer is to ship the objects a service business already has — contacts, services, appointments, quotes, payments, conversations — already wired together, and let you adjust rather than build.
Agents, approvals and blast radius
Both platforms now put AI agents in front of customers. The safety question is identical in both: what can the agent read, what can it do without asking, and can you reconstruct afterwards why it did it.
Raimovia's design answer is that an AI employee draws only on approved knowledge you have added, is tested before activation, can be paused instantly, and routes consequential actions to a person. Whatever platform you choose, demand a visible activity record before you let an agent talk to customers.
What to compare before you decide
Count total cost honestly: licences, the add-ons that turn out to be required, implementation, and the administrator time the system will need every month afterwards. Then check the exit — how your contacts, conversation history and financial records come back out if you leave. Both answers should be clear before a contract is signed.
